Set of silence cards

Set of silence cards in a folder. Postcards with meditative texts for stillness. Use the cards during your meditation sessions or send a card to someone who needs it. Each card contains a QR code to listen to a guided meditation online. The cards can also be used for coaching and other forms of guidance, yoga and guided meditations.

The dimensions of the cards are 10.5 cm x 15 cm x 0.1 cm.
