Necklace Lotus Ohm purple

Necklace "Lotus Ohm purple" by Tibetan Buddhist Art. These original necklaces are based on paintings by Carmen Mensink. The lotus flower is considered sacred in Buddhism. It symbolizes purity, beauty, perfection, sweetness of the mind, peace, the sun and the moon, the feminine in all things, creative power, the eternal return of things. Because the lotus emerges in all its beauty from muddy, dark depths, it is also considered a possibility for man to reach the purity of the divine status.

Ohm (also written Om or Aum) is a mantra, the best-known and most important sound in Hinduism and Buddhism. This mystical syllable often appears at the beginning of sacred scriptures and prayers and stands for invocation, a blessing, an affirmation and a promise.

The pendant is made of plastic and metal on a metal chain. The length of the chain is 50 cm and the pendant is 2.8 cm x 2.8 cm x 0.8 cm. The chain comes in a purple velvet bag.
