Fire: The Tibetan five element incense is based on the fundamental principle that the body is composed of the five elements of Earth, Fire, Water, Wind (Air) and Space. When our five elements are in balance, we will have a healthy body, speech and mind. The traditional Tibetan incense formulation is to balance the Fire element of the body. It is used to heal and clear blockages of the Throat Chakra which corresponds to the fire element.

A box contains 25 incense sticks. Burn the incense always on a fireproof ground. A stick will burn approximately 25 minutes.
