Shanti charm Ganesha & Ohm

Fair Trade double-sided charm from Thailand made of sterling silver (925). This charm has on one side the Ohm symbol and on the other side the image of Ganesha. Ohm (also written as Om or Aum) is a mantra and is the most known and important sound in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is a mystical word and mostly written in the beginning of sacral texts or prayers and stands for invocation, a blessing, a confirmation and a promise.
In Hinduïsm Ganesha is the god of knowledge and wisdom and is believed to remove obstacles and protects travellers on their journey.
