Tibetan protection amulet Manjushri with the image of the Vajra in the colors red, orange, yellow and blue. Another name for Manjushri is Jampelyang (Tibet). Manjushri is the Buddha of Wisdom.
Manjushri's mantra is: "Om Ah Ra Pa Tsa Na Dhih".
In Tibetan Buddhism, it is believed that wearing this amulet helps increase wisdom, intelligence and memory, and improves skills such as debating and writing.
This unique handmade Tibetan Buddhist protection amulet comes from the Bouddhanath Stupa in Nepal and is called Sung Khor. The amulet contains a paper mantra that is dipped in saffron water, then dried, folded, then wrapped with silk thread. Finally, the protection amulet is blessed by a Buddhist Lama.
The dimensions of this amulet are 4 cm x 4 cm x 0.5 cm and it hangs on a colored cord with a sliding knot, including a card with extensive explanation in Dutch or English.
