Charm Ganesh & Ohm brass
Fair Trade double-sided charm from Thailand made of recycled brass. On one side is an image of Ganesha and on the other side the Ohm sign. Ohm (also written as Om or Aum) is a mantra, the best-known and most important sound in Hinduism and Buddhism. This mystical syllable is often at the beginning of holy scriptures and prayers and stands for invocation, a blessing, an affirmation and a promise.
In Hinduism, Ganesh is the god of knowledge and wisdom and is believed to remove obstacles and be the patron saint of travelers.
The charm can be attached to a charm bracelet, charm necklace or cotton suede lace using the hook. The charm measures 2.7 cm x 1.5 cm x 0.3 cm.
